Meet Kayla Luu, Your Therapist

Hi, I'm Kayla. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida, Arizona, and Nevada. I know how overwhelming life can feel at times. You may be carrying stress, struggling to find balance, or supporting loved ones while trying not to lose yourself in the process. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, supported and encouraged as you move through life's challenges.
For over 10 years, I've worked with individual adults navigating stress, anxiety, depression and major life transitions. I've also supported parents who want guidance in connecting with their children, whether that's building better communication, setting healthy boundaries or managing the unique pressures of parenting.
I also understand the heavy responsibility of being a caregiver to a loved one with Dementia or Alzheimer's. Caregivers often give everything of themselves and I'm here to help you feel less alone, reduce burnout and reclaim space for your own well-being.
As a first-generation Vietnamese American, I connect deeply with the experiences of first generations of immigrants, the balancing act of honoring culture and family expectations while building your own path. Many of my clients share this journey and I know how important it is to feel seen and understood in that space.
Beyond my clinical work, I've also volunteered in community crisis recovery, which has taught me how to show up for people during their most difficult moments. That experience continues to guide the compassion and steadiness I bring into therapy today.
If you're looking for a therapist who will walk alongside you with empathy, encouragement and practical tools, I'd be honored to support you. Together, we can find clarity, strength, and hope for the road ahead.
